If you receive an incorrect item or an item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of receipt for an immediate replacement.
To ensure prompt shipment, your order starts being processed as soon as it is placed! For this reason it is very difficult to cancel or change an order after it has been placed. If you just placed the order and wish to cancel or change, please contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee that it can be done. If we are able to cancel or change your order a $5.00 processing fee will apply. Under no circumstances can an order be changed or canceled once any part of the order has shipped.
